Duokai humidification systems offer precise humidity control with minimal energy usage. Our high-pressure pump station feeds treated water at a high speed to the atomizing nozzles located at the ceiling. This creates billions of tiny fog droplets that are easily evaporated. Our multiple zone humidification control system uses humidity sensors and zone valves to maintain the ideal humidity levels in each area of the building. The humidification systems are widely used in industry, agriculture, commerce, manufacturing, printing, tobacco, textile, woodworking, and other industries.
Working Principle : It uses a plunger pump to pressurize the water purified by a super filter to 30-70kg/cm2, and deliver the pressurized water through a high-pressure pipeline to the "ultra-fine" nozzle for atomization, and rotate at a high speed. 1~15um ultra-fine fog particles are sprayed into the entire space. The ultra-fine fog particles absorb heat in the air, vaporize and evaporate, the humidity of the space increases, and the temperature of the air decreases.
